The grapes are from old vineyards: 55-58 years old, sandy-stony soils, 250-300 m above sea level on the southern slope of a hill on a Dunav river, soils 6 million years old.
Grown on a unique soil composed of yellow sand and alluvial part, it has freshness, balance and complexity, showing the unique nature of its origin.
Cepage of Rkatsiteli 80% and Aligote 15%, with 5% Chardonnay.
Yield 480-540 kg. per decare, yield of must 40-45%.
No sulfur dioxide treatment,fermentation at 15-16 degrees Celsius.
Duration of fermentation - 12-14 days
The color of the wine almost always varies in shades of golden tones.
It is rich in aromas, very frash, mineral and distinctive.
It goes through old barrels for at least 3-4 months.
