This elegant rose of Borovitza wine cellar is vinified by another branch of the variety, Vidinska Gamza, the juice of which is more tender than the Novoselska Gamza.

It has a larger and elongated bunch, with a thicker skin and when pressed, the skin is not torn.

Elegant, the wine has a pronounced minerality and aromas of red stone fruit.

The vineyards are on the banks of the Danube river and the soil is fine yellow sandstone.
