Borovitza Northwest Festive White Wine 2021

Northwest Festive White Wine is a perfect combination (60/40) between the two wonderful varieties - Chardonnay and Viognier from the vineyard in the village of Borovitza.

The altitude at which it grows is about 400 m., on the border with rock and sand. The yield is about 350 kg./acre and the fermentation is about 15-30 days, without additional sulfiting.

Blending is immediately after quiet fermentation and aging in old barrels for about 6 months. It is ready to be eaten and shared at the table with friends - just as it should be at any holiday!
