Tasting notes:
Colour: A limpid wine of purple color with glints of violet.
Nose: Expressive reveals generous aromas or red fruit (strawberries and myrtle berries) mixed with notes of oaky moka.
Mouth: Attack is full of freshness. The wine evokes a structure of discreet but sufficient tannins. The final is elegant and refined, and recalls a universe of desserts. Well balanced between the fruit and the oak flavors.

The vinification is supervised by Mr. Hubert de Boüard of Château Angélus, St.Émilion.

Cuvaison: 25 days with daily reassemblies to elaborate wines of good constitution
Aging: 14 to 16 months in oak barrels and stainless steel with staves.
Production : 70 000 bottles.
Assemblage: 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc
