Pratiques culturales: The work is done in the vineyard with maximum respect for the soil and the environment. The sole objective is to produce grapes of the highest quality.
Vinification:
Type of tanks: stainless steel and cement thermo-regulated.
Cuvaison: 25 days with daily reassemblies to elaborate wines of good constitution
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels.
Assemblage: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting notes:
Colour: dark ruby with bright purple color
Nose: concentrated with ripe blackcurrants, and plum fruits. Light notes of vanilla.
Mouth: round and full with silky tanins and spicy notes. Good balance and lots of fresh fruity character.
