Those wines are renowned for their assertive character, which elegantly expresses the power of the terroir. Julien always looks for a balance between the maturity of the fruit and the freshness through dense, supple wines, fine and silky tannins and a nice acidity. The pairing of Cabernet Franc and Merlot reveals delicate spicy notes while offering a beautiful roundness in the mouth and a gourmet fruit.
